So I had the misfortune of buying a ZOL sim card over a month ago. It never activated. I called their call centre, opened a case number on their website, sent them emails and visited their Eastgate branch to lodge a complaint. The guy who attended to me could not help me as he couldn't see if the SIM card was functional or not. He told me to insert it into another device as it could not register on his end.
Long story short, it never activated. I do not stay in Harare and with COVID I have limited my travel there. They have ignored follow up emails and twitter messages. I have since lost that data it appears as, despite being told it rolls over, it is no longer on my profile.
Avoid them, they have too many complaints!ðŸ˜
