The best place to stay in Kadoma by far. The standards are very good. The rooms are clean and modern with all the basic hotel appliances. The food is good and affordable. Great garden area, quiet and civilized. I left my hair brush there and fetched it a month later as it was kept in lost-and-found. I highly recommend it! 💫

So I had the misfortune of buying a ZOL sim card over a month ago. It never activated. I called their call centre, opened a case number on their website, sent them emails and visited their Eastgate branch to lodge a complaint. The guy who attended to me could not help me as he couldn't see if the SIM card was functional or not. He told me to insert it into another device as it could not register on his end. Long story short, it never activated. I do not stay in Harare and with COVID I have limited my travel there. They have ignored follow up emails and twitter messages. I have since lost that data it appears as, despite being told it rolls over, it is no longer on my profile. Avoid them, they have too many complaints!😠

I went to the new location just before the lockdown started and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. The venue was still work in progress and had not been launched yet but it was well lit, spacious and very clean. Can't wait to go back when life opens up again.
